I am passionate about working in the Employee Assistance Field. My experience includes critical incidences such as bank robberies, deaths in the workplace and other EA related professional needs. I have helped small companies develop EA services. I provide DOT qualified SAP assessments.
In this capacity my experience includes; Group work, Residential and Intensive Outpatient settings. I have created Outpatient programs, workshops and helped individuals embrace their sobriety.
I work closely with a psychiatrist who specializes in addictions.
I work with Adults 18 and older.
My goal is to help them learn coping tools, embrace their career and understand the impact it has on their family, their body and their brain. I offer specialized workshops for First Responders. These workshops are designed to help these courageous men and women offload the emotional baggage they carry from their career.
